Pop-Up Shop for Grand Rapids Ballet's Nutcracker
The Nutcracker Boutique is a pop-up holiday shop located in the inner and outer lobbies of DeVos Performance Hall for the two weeks of Grand Rapids Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. As the Boutique Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of the Boutique, including purchasing, pricing, inventory, sales, volunteer management, and budget.
